IncontestabilityThe declaration of the insured member is the basis on which the corresponding individual insurance certificate is generated. This certificate becomes incontestable starting from its effective date, except in case of an intentional false declaration, an omission or an inaccuracy in the declaration of the risk evaluation elements. This certificate is delivered to Unity Link, who should in turn deliver it to the insured member.

MiscellaneousAn insurance certificate is issued by Vanguard Life. The certificate and its corresponding contract shall in all respects be constructed according to the laws of Ghana, and no liability shall attach to the Company under any judgment or decree, save a court in Ghana.
PremiumThe premium payable is a single premium which is paid in advance at inception. The premium may be amended by Vanguard Life, if necessary. This revision shall be based on actuarial experience.
